Lamb Steak Calypso Preparation
Combine in small flat container all ingredients except steaks to make marinade. Place steaks in marinade and let stand, refrigerated, 2 to 24 hours. Remove from marinade and grill steaks over medium coals 5 to 7 minutes per side or until steaks reach desired doneness. Discard marinade. Makes 4 servings.
