2 tbLemon juice
1 Pink salmon; drained
1/4 cOnion; minced
1 tsVegetable oil
1 Egg; or 2 egg whites
1/2 cCornflake cereal; crushed

Landlubbers Salmon Patties Preparation

Mash salmon with fork. Add egg whites, crushed creal, onion and lemon juice. Mix throughly; form 4 patties. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add patties and cook 6-8 munutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 munutes or until brown.
