"Delicious. I had fresh Raspberries on hand so I created my own "spread". Worked great. The Lemon and Raspberry flavors together was lip smacking, talk about tart, and give me a gallon of milk to go with because they are really delicious."

I used 1/4 cup of lemon and a 1/4 cup of lime instead of 1/2 cup of lemon juice and it worked out just great. I also used lime for the icing. This was excellent, everyone really liked it and said the lime probably worked out better.

Mmm, these were super good. Mine did not look like the picture. They ended up looking like normal Lemon Bars so i sprinkled powdered sugar on the top. Did not put on the glaze. SO good.

This recipe is great! I've used other jams and it adds so much flavor. Definitely a go-to when having people over. Super easy.
