Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 tsLemon peel; grated
3 tbMilk, whole
1/2 tsSalt
2 tbSugar, granulated
2 tbFlour, all-purpose
Crust
1 tbButter; melted
Town House or Ritz Crackers
1 lbAlmond Bark
12 ozMilk choc. chips
Crunchy Peanut butter
1 1/2 cFlour, all-purpose
1 ptStrawberries; reserve 5,
1 cSugar, granulated
1 cMilk, whole
1/3 cOil, vegetable
1/2 cStrawberry jam, seedless;
3 lgEggs; seperated, room temp
1/4 cLemon juice
LEMON FILLING

Layered Cookies Preparation

Spread 2 crackers with peanut butter. Put together as for a sandwich, then spread with with above chocolates which have been melted over hot water. (use tongs for this) Repeat. Cool on waxed paper in refrigerator. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 220 by EABoz@aol.com on Nov 8, 1997
