Original recipe makes 4
2 cupsCooked turkey; or chicken
1 canCream of chicken soup
1 canmilk
3 cupspotatoes; Mashed
3 cupsPrepared stuffing

Leftover Holiday Casserole Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Cut turkey into small pieces and fry in frying pan until brown. Add cream of chicken soup and one can of water. Simmer. Prepare mashed potatoes (can be instant, frozen or leftover) according to package directions. Top with stuffing. Pour turkey mixture over top of stuffing. Bake covered for 20-25 min. or til heated through. NOTES : Poultry, potatoes and stuffing can all be leftovers if available.
