Suggest a better descriptionGrind cucumber and onion in a food processor, drain In a mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, mayo, tsp cider vinegar, cucumber/onion mixture mix lime jello with 1/2 cup boiling water and cool. Mix the cooled jello with the cottage cheese mixture pour in a mold and chill. This really is good, dont let the ingredients fool you.
