Linguini with Clam Sauce
Original recipe makes 2 Servings
| 1 Can chopped clams |
| 1 1/2 tbWhite wine, to taste |
| Cooked linguini |
| 1 1/2 tbolive oil |
| 1/4 cChopped fresh parsley |
| 3 Garlic |
Linguini with Clam Sauce Preparation
Saute the garlic gently in the olive for about five minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring just to a simmer. Serve over linguini with grated parmesean cheese. Serves two. Pat C. Wolfe Cornell University pc11@cornell.edu
