Original recipe makes 6
1 cndiced tomatoes
2 lgSweet onions; sliced thin
1 cFlour; seasoned with
1 4-oz cnMushrooms; undrained
1 14.5-oz cnTomato sauce
1 6-oz cnTomato paste
1 Round steak; tenderized
1 cnmushroom gravy; Prepared

Lisas Swiss Steak Preparation

Cut up round steak into portion sized pieces. Dredge in flour and brown both sides in hot oil. Remove and place in casserole dish. Top with sliced onions and mushrooms. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients. Blend till smooth. pour over all. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. NOTES : If using untenderized steak cook additional 1/2 hour.
