Little Wieners Wellington Preparation
Allow braunschweiger to soften at room temperature, about 30 minutes. Thaw pie shell about 10 minutes; remove from pan, flaten and repair any cracks. Spread with braunschweiger. Cut into five strips; cut the two end strips in half; cut three center strips into fourths. Roll each piece of dough around a little wiener, pinching seam to seal. Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375? F oven for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve hot. Makes 16.
