1/2 colive oil
4 lbBeef tri-tip roast
1 mdLemon; juiced
3 clovegarlic; chopped
1/2 cDry Red Wine
2 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsDry mustard
1 tbSoy sauce

Lompoc Tri-Tip Barbecue Preparation

Combine oil, Worcestershire, soy, lemon juice, garlic and mustard. Marinate meat in sauce in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning several times. Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before grilling.
