Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/2 lbLox or smoked salmon;
1/4 cUnsalted butter
8 Eggs; beaten just to combine
1 1/3 cOnions; minced

Lox and Onions And Eggs Preparation

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over low heat. saute onions 3-4 minutes until very soft but not brown. Stir in lox and cook 1-2 minutes. Add eggs. Turn heat to very low and gently stir until eggs are set. Serve immediately. This recipe serves 4 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size pan, it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 1.The instructions describe how to prepare the ingredients for one pan.
