|2 lgEggs; Hard Cooked, Chopped|
|2 cFully Cooked Ham; Cubed|
|1/2 cGreen Onions; Sliced|
|1 cCreamed Small-Curd Cottage|
|1 cSour Cream|
|1 tbPrepared mustard|
|2 lbNew Potatoes; Cooked Peeled|
|1/2 cCelery; Finely Chopped|
|2 tbFresh parsley; chopped|
|1/8 tsBlack pepper|
Main-Dish Potato Salad Preparation
Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, and parsley in a salad bowl. Add the potatoes, ham, green onions, celery and eggs. Toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until well chilled. TO SERVE: Arrange the salad on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with paprika
