1 tsPaprika
1 ccelery; 1/2-inch slices
1/2 tsDried thyme
1/4 cWater
2 cFrozen green peas
1 ccarrot; Thinly sliced
3 tbCornstarch
1 cwhole onions; Frozen, small
1 lbSkinned, boned chicken
1 lbSkinned, boned chicken
2 cWater
1/2 tsPepper
1 14-1/4 oz. cnFat-free
1/2 tssage; Rubbed
2 cmushrooms; Halved
1 6-oz. cnTomato paste
1/2 tsSalt

Mamas Chicken Stew Preparation

Combine first 14 ingredients in a large electric slow cooker. Cover with lid, and cook on high-heat setting for 4 hours or until carrot is tender. Combine water and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Add cornstarch mixture and peas to slow cooker; stir well.
