Quinoa Tabouli Salad Preparation
Prep Time: 30-45 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Cook Quinoa according to package directions. Cool. Combine Quinoa, parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, green onions, and mint. Mix well. Combine olive oil, ume plum vinegar and garlic and mix into salad.
