1 lbTurkey; or chicken, boneless, cut into strips
Salt and pepper
1 14.5-oz cnPasta-style chunky tomatoes
1 cMushrooms; sliced
1 Onion; chopped
2 stalksCelery; sliced
8 ozNoodles; wide
1 cnCream of celery soup

Manhattan Turkey a la King Preparation

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or til thickened, stirring occasionally.
