| 1/4 cWine vinegar |
| 1/4 cCatsup |
| 1/4 cCooking oil |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 2 dspepper |
| 1 lbVenison steak; or tenderloin cut into 1" chunks |
| 1 Clovegarlic; minced, or garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsDry mustard |
| Garlic powder |
Marinated Venison Kabobs Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
