1/2 Lime; juiced
1 tsChopped shallots
1/2 colive oil
roasted, peeled & diced
1/3 cBalsamic vinegar
1/2 cVegetable oil
3 tbToasted pine nuts
1/2 tbMarjoram
1 mdRed bell pepper

Marjoram-Scented Red Bell Pepper Dressing Preparation

Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with the vinegar. Add shallots and slowly whisk in both oils.
