Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 lbHamburger
1/4 cCatsup
1 tsMustard
3/4 cCrushed Rice Krispies cereal
1 Egg or 2 egg whites
1/8 tsNutmeg
SAUCE
3 tbBrown sugar
Salt and pepper

Meat Balls in Sauce or Meat Loaf Preparation

Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Mix the meat mixture well and form into balls or a meat loaf. Add 1/2 of the sauce to the meat mixture. Pour the rest of the sauce on the top.
