Salt and pepper
3/4 lbGround beef
1/2 cmilk
1 sprigparsley; chopped
1 cloveGarlic; minced
2 Eggs; Well-beaten
1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsparsley flakes
1/4 lbGround pork

Meatballs To Serve with Spaghetti Sauce Preparation

Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in hot fat. Add to sauce and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
