Original recipe makes 4
MARINADE
2 tsVegetable oil
3 tbSoy sauce
1 tsLemon peel; grated
4 4-oz filetsTrout
2 1/2 tsBrown sugar
1 tbSesame seeds; toasted
1 cloveGarlic; finely chopped
1 1/2 tsGinger, fresh; finely minced
3 tsLemon juice

Rainbow Trout Teriyaki Preparation

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over trout. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes. Remove trout from marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat source for about 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately. About 226 calories per 4-oz serving. * Or use 1/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce for marinade. Source: Best Recipes May/June 1991
