Mediterranean Rotini Salad
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 cBlack olives |
| 10 ozRotini, cooked and cooled |
| 1 cGreen bell pepper, chopped |
| 2 tsParsley, chopped |
| 1 cGreen onion, chopped |
| 1 cTomato, chopped |
| 4 ozFeta cheese |
| 2 Garlic; minced |
| 2 tsolive oil |
| Black pepper |
| 1/4 cApple cider vinegar |
| 2 tsBasil, chopped |
| 1 Lemon, juice of |
Mediterranean Rotini Salad Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, gently toss pasta with ingredients in given order. Add more or less spices to taste. Notes: Cook pasta in advance, oil and keep in the fridge for a fast pasta salad.
