| 1 cOnions; chopped |
| 3 lgGarlic; minced |
| 1 tbCayenne |
| 1 tsOregano |
| 1 cnTomatoes |
| 3 lgJalapenos |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1/4 tsGarlic powder |
| 1/2 tsCumin |
| 1/2 tsSugar |
| 3/4 cChopped bell pepper |
| 2/3 cCelery; chopped |
| 1 lbHamburger meat (lean) |
| 1 cnChopped green chilies |
| = seeded and chopped |
| 1/2 lbHot sausage |
| 1 cnNew orleans kidney beans |
| 1 cFrench onion soup |
| 3/4 tsTabasco sauce |
| 2 tbJalapeno juice |
| 1/2 lbStew meat |
| 1/2 tsOnion powder |
| 3 tbChili powder |
Mexican Red Chili Preparation
Marinate stew meat with jalapeno juice, onion powder and garlic powder. Refrigerate 24 hours. Brown hamburger meat with onion and garlic and bell pepper and cumin. Brown sausage; remove brown stew meat. Mix all meat. Add soup, tomato sauce, tomatoes and beans (drained). Add jalapenos, chili powder, cayenne, oregano, celery and chili peppers, salt, sugar, Tabasco. Cook at medium heat 2 hours.
