Original recipe makes 12 Servings
1 Med Lettuce; shredded
1 cCelery; chopped
1 Med Green pepper; chopped
2 Med Avocados; peeled & chopp
1 cMushrooms; sliced fresh
8 ozCatalina dressing
1 lbGround beef
4 cCheese; cheddar, shredded
1 cKidney beans;(15-1/2 oz.)dr

Mexican Taco Salad Preparation

Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble; drain and cool slightly. Combine meat with remaining ingredients, EXCEPT TORTILLA CHIPS, tossing well.
