2 cCarrots; diced, cooked
2 1/2 tbonion; Grated
1/2 tbParsley flakes
1 1/3 cMinute rice
1 cnCream of celery soup
2 7-oz cnTuna; drained, flaked

Minute Rice Tuna Casseroles Preparation

Combine rice, soup, vegetables, seasonings, meat and salt and pepper to taste in 2 quart casserole. Stir in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Cover and bake at 400F for 15 min.
