Slice the 1/2 cake of tofu into 1" cubes. Bring soup stock to a boil and add the miso and tofu. Bring the soup back to a boil, turn heat down and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add green onions. Serve immediately. (Shig Iseri recipe) Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #008 From: Tonya
