Miss Mary Willards Cheese Pudding
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 18 Soda crackers; finely rolled |
| 2 Eggs; well beaten |
| 1/2 lbCheddar cheese; grated |
| 1/4 cmilk |
| 1 1/2 cmilk |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
Miss Mary Willards Cheese Pudding Preparation
Combine eggs, crackers, and 1/4 cup milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add cheese, salt and 1-1/2 cups milk. Stir. Butter a 1 quart casserole. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake at 350? for 50 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. CAROL VICK GROSS (MRS. RONALD) From
