1/4 tsInstant coffee
2 ozSemi-sweet chocolate
2 tbSugar
2 cWhipping cream, chilled

Mocha Filling (Cream Puff Filling for Passover) Preparation

Melt chocolate (microwave on medium setting for 2 minutes or heat in double boiler). Whip cream with sugar and coffee until stiff. Fold in melted chocolate.
