1 Wine bottle, 750ml
1 cChiles, malagueta; stemmed
1 cVinegar
HEAT SCALE HOT

Molho Malageuta (Malagueta Sauce) Preparation

Place the chiles in the wine bottle, add the vinegar and olive oil to fill. Cork the bottle securely. Place bottle in refrigerator and let steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking the bottle infrequently.
