Moms Baked Ham and Noodles (Sunka Fleky) Preparation

Source: Roberta Brisson Cook noodles in boiling salted water until barely tender ( DO NOT OVERCOOK). Drain well. Combine noodles, ham, milk beaten with eggs, and seasonings. Pour into greased casserole (my mother used a loaf pan) and bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour or until center is set.
