| 2 tbBasil |

| 1 Green pepper; diced |
| 8 ozFeta cheese; or mozzarella |
| 1 -(up to) |
| 1 Cucumber; thinly sliced and |
| 1 smHead red/purple cabbage; |
| 1 Head broccoli florets |
| 2 Bottles Italian dressing |
| 1 tbDry mustard |
| 2 tbParsley |
| 1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 lbHard salami; cut into small |
| 1 ptCherry tomatoes; halved |
Moms Pasta Salad Preparation
submitted by: sgjg6566@pipeline.com (Julie, Michigan USA) Hi everyone! Heres a summer salad recipe--it comes from my mom who serves it every summer! Enjoy! This makes enough for a crowd! Cook pasta; drain. While warm, add the vegetables, cheeses and meat. Mis well. Coat with the dressing; add the seasonings and mix well again. Chill several hours or overnight before serving. **This recipe can be halved. DAVE
