Notes Careys Waldorf Salad Preparation
Combine apples with a sprinkle of nutmeg and salt, grapes &/or raisins, celery, pecans/walnuts, mayonnaise and a spoonful of honey. Mix well to coat evenly let set couple hours to give ingredients time to meld together... Ehnjoy!
