| 1 cn(3-oz) chopped green |
| 1/4 lbMonterey Jack cheese; grated |
| 1 Loaf French bread; cut in |
| 1/2 cButter |
| Garlic salt to taste |
Monterey Jack Bread Preparation
Preheat oven to 400?. Melt butter in a saucepan and add garbc salt and green chilies. Mix the cheese and mayonnaise together. Spread the butter mixture on the 2 lengths of bread, then spread with the cheese and mayonnaise mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Slice into serving pieces.
