Original recipe makes 1 Servings
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 Meduim sized moose
2 Rabbits, optional

Moose Stew Preparation

Skin moose and cut into bite size pieces. Simmer for several weeks or until tender. Add rabbits if more people are coming but only if needed. Some people do not like to find a hare in their stew.
