1 tsParsley; chopped
dsPaprika
dsPepper
1 tsEach: apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsTurmeric
2 tbEach: diced celery, onion
1 pkMori-Nu Lite Tofu, firm
2 tsMustard

Mori-Nu "Lite" Eggless Egg Salad Preparation

Crumble tofu into a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, honey and turmeric. Mix thoroughly and pour over crumbled tofu. Add celery, onion, parsley, paprika and pepper.
