1 cnTomato soup
1 Jalapeno; minced
Salt and pepper
2 mdTomatoes; diced -or-
1 mdOnion; diced
2 tsWorcestershire Sauce
1 tsCumin
2 Cloves garlic; diced
1 cnTomatoes
1/2 tsLemon pepper
1 Green pepper; diced
4 cChicken broth; veg stock or

I sometimes add 1 tsp. of chili powder Also you can add chicken pieces. Simmer for 45 mins. to one hour. Pour over tortilla chips, avacado pieces, chicken, beans. Top with grated cheese and sour cream. It has a lot of ingredients but it is really good.
