Original recipe makes 6 Servings
3/4 cVegetable oil
1/4 cSoy sauce
2 lbBoneless skinless chicken
1/4 cWhite vinegar
1/2 cSesame seeds
4 Garlic; minced
1 Head Napa cabbage; in
2 tbSesame oil
1 cn(11oz) mandarin oranges
1/2 cSugar

Mr Foods Asian Chicken Salad Preparation

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter. Top with the chicken mixture nad toss until well coated. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
