Original recipe makes 10 Servings
1 lbCream cheese -- softened
1 tsVanilla extract
1 ptSour cream
4 Eggs
1 lbCottage cheese, creamed
3 tbCornstarch
1/4 cButter -- melted
1 1/2 cSugar
1 1/2 tbFresh Lemon Juice
3 tbAll-purpose flour

Mrs Baumanns Cheese Cake Preparation

Cream cottage cheese and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Sift over all flour and cornstarch, blend in. Add melted butter and mix until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into greased spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
