I thought this recipe was yummy and easy. The only thing I did wrong was I made the cookies too big. But they were still delicious. Thank you for this recipe

I have a lot of peanut butter that is close to expiring so I tried this recipe. I followed the recipe almost exact (I added a touch more peanut butter) and they turned out wonderful! They're so good!

The recipe had far too little flour or too much butter. I simply added about another 1/2 cup of flour and they turned out fine. Adding the flour to make them bakable made them more dense than I like. They were good though.

I should note that when I made these cookies, I baked them in a convection oven with convection ON.

These cookies became flat and the flavor of peanut butter was just not there. Not sure what caused them to bake flat.

As Peanut Butter Cookies go, these are excellent! Chewy, yet they still hold together well. My wife and youngest son love peanut butter cookies; I don't really care for them much unless they have chocolate in them -- next time, I'll top them with a Hershey's Kiss or something. (Making them today was my son's idea.) Definitely a fun rainy-day kid project. (I found 16 minutes to be the right baking time, at 300 degrees.)
