4 cFlour
8 ozHersey bar; grated
2 cBrown sugar
1 tsSalt
3 cPecans; chopped
2 cSugar
2 tsBaking soda
2 cButter
2 tsBaking Powder
2 tsVanilla
5 cOatmeal
4 Eggs
24 ozChocolate chips

Mrs Fields Chocolate Chip/pecan Cookies Preparation

Measure oatmeal, then put small amounts at a time in a blender, and blend to a fine powder. Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, blended oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda; mix into creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts; mix. Make golf ball-size cookies, and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes. Cookies should be soft in the middle when taken out of the oven.
