2 lgTomatoes
2 tbGrated Parmesan; fresh
1 tsDijon mustard
1/4 tsEach salt and pepper
1 tbChopped green onion
2 tbLight mayonnaise
1/4 tsDried Oregano
1 tbChopped fresh parsley

Mustard Mayo-Glazed Tomato Slices Preparation

Core and cut each tomato into 3 thick slices; arrange in shallow greased baking dish. Stir together Parmesan, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper; spread over tomatoes. Bake in 400F oven for about 12 minutes or until tender.
