1 Hot pepper
2 Garlic
1/4 tsOregeno
1/2 cOil (canola)
1/2 cKetchup
1/3 cVinegar (apple cider)
1/4 cOnion

My Barbecue Sauce Preparation

Combine all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend until smooth. Place blended ingredients and oil in saucepan. Boil for 7 to eight minutes. Source: The Home Book of Barbecue Cooking.
