My Quicky Pineapple Muffins or Bread Preparation
When I am in a hurry to have some sweet carbs this is what Ill make without having to look up a recipe. My daughter says she doesnt like pineapple, but she does eat this whenever I fix it. I usually dump it all together, stir and pour into pan or muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes for muffins and 60 minutes for bread. Pineapple muffine
Ingredients
self-rising flour - 1cup / 170grm
sugar - 1/4 cup /75 grms
egg - 2 nos.
butter - 50grm / half stick
sunflower oil - 1tbs
pineapple essence - 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
crushed pineapple - 1 small tin
method
mix and blend together the butter, oil and sugar till it become smooth. then blend flour with the mixture and both essence and finally the crushed pineapple and mixed well slowly and pour into the muffin cups. Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. u can adjust the degree as per your oven.
