Suggest a better descriptionI took two of the best latke recipes I could find, and combined them..I got a very satisfying latke out of both. I didnt have to fry anything, and my husband loved them! ;) Heres the recipe: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix everything together in a bowl. Drop 1/4 cupfulls of batter onto greased baking sheet.
