Not-Really-Tamarind Sauce Preparation
1/4 c (packed) brown sugar 3 tb fresh lemon juice 1/2 ts molasses Combine all ingredients in a very small saucepan over low heat, stirring until the sugar melts. Or, microwave it in a small microwave safe container on full power for 30 seconds.
