1 cnArtichoke hearts; plain, cut
4 tbMayonnaise
2 pkCream cheese
1 cMozzarella cheese; shredded
3/4 cParmesan cheese
1/4 cSkim milk
3 pkFrozen spinach; chopped

Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave and oven-proof dish with lid. Heat in microwave for one minute increments until all ingredients are easily incorporated. Once this is done, mix the spinach and artichoke heart pieces into the cheese mixture. Bake 50 minutes covered, the 10 minutes uncovered.
