1 cn Artichoke hearts; plain, cut
4 tb Mayonnaise
2 pk Cream cheese
1 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Skim milk
3 pk Frozen spinach; chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave and oven-proof dish with lid. Heat in microwave for one minute increments until all ingredients are easily incorporated. Once this is done, mix the spinach and artichoke heart pieces into the cheese mixture. Bake 50 minutes covered, the 10 minutes uncovered. Not the olive gardens recipe at all. I used to work there. You want the real one just go to the olive gardens website. The have tons of heir recipes posted!
