| 3 Egg Yolks; beaten |
| 2 tbMargarine |
| 2 tsOrange Peel; finely shredded |
| 1 cYogart, plain |
| 1 1/2 cOrange juice |
| 2 cFresh Orange; Sections |
| 1/2 cSugar |
| 1/8 tsSalt |
Orange Custard Pudding Preparation
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt, stir in juice. Cook and stir until bubblely. Gradually stir 1 cup of the mixture into the yolks. Return to pan and cook 2 more minutes.
