1 1/4 cFresh orange juice
Green seedless grapes (for
2 lbPan dressed skinned rex
1 tsSalt
1 tbButter
1 tbCornstarch
1/4 cSugar

Orange Glazed Rex Sole Preparation

Arrange fish in lightly oiled shallow baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Mix together sugar & cornstarch in saucepan; add orange juice & cook, stirring constantly, until clear & thickened. Add orange rind, lemon juice & butter: heat. Brush fish with small amount of glaze; broil3-4" from heat for 8-10 minutes.
