"This was good. I can't stop there I added two packets of brown gravy mix and 3 oz of worcester sauce and a little Montreal steak seasoning (salt and pepper to taste) magic happened. This was done using fingerling potatoes sliced long ways. Just try it. I will try to add more suggestions and some of my own recipes. Later enjoy this,jon" - Jonb4804

Oven Roasted Potatoes Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients, close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan; discard bag, bake stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
