Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges Preparation
Cut potatoes lengthwise into sedges; place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, rosemary, salt if desired and pepper; stir to coat.
